How to run your AI crew.

Carth is a development cockpit where a crew of named AI agents plans, builds and reviews product work. The agents work in isolated copies of your code, and nothing merges, deploys or spends money on its own. You write the brief, read the evidence, and approve what ships. That is the default path for a code mission: a scheduled routine runs unattended by design, and a read-only analysis mission has no gate, and both say so in their own record.

These guides are written for founders and directors. None of them needs a terminal, a code editor or any programming knowledge: every step is a screen in the cockpit and a button with a name. If you would rather watch than read, the guided demo walks the same ground in about ninety seconds.

The guides are written in the order you will meet them. The first four take you from an application to your first shipped change; the rest cover the things you will run week to week.

  1. 1. Getting access and signing in. Applying, the setup call, your personal sign-in link, connecting an engine, and inviting your team with the right roles.
  2. 2. Connecting your repository. What Carth can and cannot do with your code, and what happens if you have no repository yet.
  3. 3. Running your first mission. Writing a brief, approving the plan, watching the crew work, and reading the evidence.
  4. 4. Approving and shipping. The review gate, a reviewer's concern you have to read before you can act on it, who the record says approved, and what merge and deploy actually mean.
  5. 5. The knowledge base. Teaching Carth what your company knows, by uploading files and folders, and asking questions of your own data in plain language.
  6. 6. Spending and budgets. Budget caps, the spending panel, choosing engines with one press, and bringing your own AI keys.
  7. 7. Your account and plan. Plans and seats, what happens at renewal, and storage limits in plain words.
  8. 8. How your work is kept safe. The sealed container, the approval gate and the guarantees behind it, the audit trail, and what we do not do with your data.
